Take 417 to the Greeneway extension heading for Oviedo. Exit 417 onto University Blvd., traveling east on University Blvd. Approximately 3 miles on University to the intersection of University Blvd. and Alafaya Trail. University Surf and Skate is located in the shopping plaza on the North West corner of that intersection, directly across from the University of Central Florida and right next to McDonald's.
